ACEmessage is a network utility for system administrators to send out simple messages to groups of computers and users quickly and effectively. You can create groups of computers/users to suit your company`s organizational layout (i.e. remote users, floor 1, SQL users).
You can then notify users of corporate server downtime or other company issues, which need immediate transmission. The message appears on the users desktop with no additional client configuration or software required on each computer.
ACEmessage has a simple interface, which will allow easy editing of your groups and host file. At the end of each message distribution you will be shown which computers/users received the message correctly. This information can be useful for the reporting tool which can show you how many times each node failed to receive the message sent. Editing and adding groups is also simple.
There is also a prefix option for speedy entry of nodes into a group. ACEmessage is quick and reliable and if you need to send out urgent messages to network computers or users then this is a clean way to do it. |
