| Archivista ist die professionelle Archivierungssoftware (Dokumentenmanagement-System) für beliebige Papierdokumente. Dabei werden diese mit einem beliebigen Scanner in hoher Auflösung eingelesen und komprimiert abgelegt. Die Ablage erfolgt dabei vollautomatisiert anhand von Seiten, Akten und Ordnern. Archivista ist äusserst schnell sowohl beim Erfassen von Seiten als auch beim Anzeigen dieser. Zudem stehen mächtige Suchfunktionen zur Verfügung (Stichwortsuche und Freitextindexierung). Dazu werden die Seiten mit einer OCR-Software abgearbeitet. Archivista kann bis zu 9999 beliebige externe Datenträger verwalten. Dabei ist keine teure Juke-Box notwendig, denn dank komprimierter Bildschirmkopie verbleiben alle Seiten für die Ansicht auf der Festplatte. Archivista ist eine auf SQL-Basis realisierte mehrplatzfähige Softwarelösung und beinhaltet umfangreiche Sicherheitsfunktionen, d.h. einmal archivierte Seiten sind gegen unbefugten Zugriff geschützt. |
