B-Clips es un nuevo sistema de Gestión de Video Club.
Este programa ha sido pensado para llevar con suma facilidad el máximo control en un negocio dedicado a alquilar películas, y/o juegos.
Alquiler, Reservas y Devolución de fácil manejo.
Emisión impresa optativa del comprobante de alquiler.
Almacena fotografía digital del socio para su verificación al momento de alquilar.
Creación de abonos de alquiler sin limite de películas y con fecha de vencimiento.
Armado de promociones según la cantidad de películas, el tipo de título y los días de la semana en que es válida.
Detecta automáticamente la promoción al momento de alquilar.
Al alquilar películas controla si el socio ya vio ese título, chequea si está disponible o si tiene reservas pendientes.
Descuento automático del abono al realizar un alquiler. Notificación de vencimientos o sobrepasos en la cantidad de películas alquiladas.
Reporte impreso detallado de la deuda de cada socio.
Consulta de todos los alquileres que tuvo una película.
Recomendación de películas según las preferencias del socio.
Impresión de catálogos con imágenes digitalizadas de cada película.
Impresión de contratapas para DVD y VHS (configurable).
Venta de títulos. Impresión de catálogo de venta (exportable a excel).
Exportación a Excel de Títulos y Socios para envio de catalogo por e-mail. |
