The iSeries CL Command Clipper application is designed for IBM iSeries (AS/400) administrators / operators / users.
You may have noticed that it is not convenient to type a long CL command in the CL command entry in the iSeries administration.
The CL command is so strictly formatted that it is not easy to copy and paste the long commands in iSeries terminal emulators, especially from some text outside.
By using CL Command Clipper, you can write/copy/paste a long CL command in seconds. There are only three steps needed to paste the command to the operation console or other 5250 terminal emulation programs, no matter how the commands are formatted:
. Edit or paste the command in the edit box.
. Click the `Copy command` button to copy the well formed CL commands in the preview window to the windows clipboard.
. Paste the copied command to the iSeries operation console or other 5250 terminal emulators. |
