Ctms is the most cost-effective cash and treasury management system, which is divided into four major sections.
Cash Section-Balance Report, Cash Forecasting and Cash Transaction modules.
Loan Section-Overdraft, Line of Credit and Term Loan modules.
Investment Section-Deposit module.
Hedge Section-Spot Contract and Forward Contract modules.
Users can manager their cash management such as daily cash transaction, auto/manual bank reconciliation, variance analysis and deal settlements. General ledger can be export to the other accouting system. Bank statement details can be imported into Ctms from banks in variety of 17 different formats including XML and Excel. The OLAP technology is implemented in Balance Reporting, Cash Forecastin and Cash Transaction modules. Ctms can be operated either in stand-alone computer or client/server (5 users). Update data can be extracted from the database and shown in tables and charts for analysis. Exposure reports of different currencies can be made by OLAP.
Powerful alert system is implemented in loan, investment and hedge sections. Users can view the daily alert and open position alert systems in order to settle their positions in time.
There are nearly 100 built-in cash items and 42 different types of currencies to faciliate the data input of users. The user-friendly interface can help to steamline the data input operation. Users can export the data to 17 different formats including MS Excel, MS word and HTML, etc.
Ctms Standard requires Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP and 32 Mb of system memory. 8.89Mb of disk space is required for program files. |
