CyberMatrix Pro Schedule Client/Server is an easy to use multi-user appointment scheduling system. Appointment data can be accessed throughout your intranet or even the Internet. Pro Schedule is ideal for doctors, dentists, nurses, lawyers veterinarians or any other professionals who are often scheduling appointments. Pro Schedule can be used in clinics, hospitals, beauty salons, office buildings or anywhere else requiring personnel appointment scheduling.
Pro Schedule uses a powerful scheduling engine with sophisticated recurring events having daily, weekly and monthly options. There are also search functions to allow you to locate obscure appointments quickly. See appointments of a single person in daily, weekly or monthly views. You can also view the appointments of all people in a single day.
Version 4 has many new improvements. Most significantly the software now has the ability to record payment received against an invoice. A room scheduling feature with conflict checking has been added. A ToDo list feature has also been added in which a person adds an item and an email message is sent when that item has been completed. Finally, a special conduit is now available to synchronize appointment data between Pro Schedule Client/Server and the Palm Datebook using an Internet connection. |
