If you have a number of offsite, offline, or removeable media, it would take much time to browse and seek specific files on multiple media. DiskDB may save your power and time for media management of library and backup.
- Store the directory of storage media on the catalog DB,
- Then without mounting original media, over multiple media stored on the DB,
- Browse them with Windows Explorer-like browser,
- Make folders on the DB to arrange large number of media if you want,
- Searche specific files on them,
- Compare them from real(original) media.
- Export them from the DB to a file with CSV format.
- Archive(backup copy) and restore FDs entirely keeping boot capabiliy.
