Huffyuv is a fast, lossless Win32 video codec designed for video capture.
The output from the decompressor is bit-for-bit identical with the original input to the compressor. Huffyuv can compress full-size, 30fps video as it`s captured, reducing it about 2:1 with no quality loss.
Huffyuv is intended to replace uncompressed YUV as a video capture format. It also supports RGB compression, so it can be used as an output format for programs such as VirtualDub. |
