Multi-Edit Lite for SASÂ® answers the need for a modern editor that is dedicated to the needs and environment of todayâ€™s SASÂ® programmer.

Multi-Edit Lite becomes a â€œSASÂ® IDEâ€ by encompassing a collection of edit macros, templates and other features dedicated to SASÂ®. A necessity as editors abound for mainframes, UNIX and PC box environments, yet singly they donâ€™t meet todayâ€™s demands. Customizable and extendable this editor also allows the creation of your own tools, capable of operating within this specific environment.

Customization is provided beyond the level you get from the ISPF or Unix shell environment. Create and edit, menus, tool bars, and other functionalities. The SASÂ® ODS demands you work with HTML. Multi-Edit Lite for SASÂ® provides support for a variety of languages, over 50 in fact, HTML included. JAVA is supported for the developer who left SAS/AF for Java. Edit Java Script, Perl or PHP scripts with an editor that understands.
