NeoPaint for Windows is a full-featured paint program and image editor you can use to touch up photographs and create graphics for desktop publishing, presententations or the Internet.

Simple enough for beginners, NeoPaint for Windows v4 is packed with powerful features and advanced tools that business users and graphic designers will appreciate. Use the natural media tools such as charcoal, crayon, chalk, ink, watercolor and oil to enhance your images or create new ones. New built-in animation tools make it easy to create and edit animated GIF files. Other new features include integrated support for scanners and digital cameras, multiple undo levels and built-in NeoGrab screen capture. In addition, you can use the Picture Browser to display thumbnail previews of an entire folder of image files, and use the Stamp Pad to quickly assemble pictures using collections of clip art and stamp images.

NeoPaint supports the following formats: animated GIF, JPEG, BMP, ICO, CUR, PCX, PNG, TIF and more. It also includes an extensive array of special effects and textures, including blur, erode, sharpen, mosaic, halftone, texture melt and vaporize. It works with 2, 16, 256, grayscale, 64K and 16 million color images, and prints out to any Windows-compatible black-and-white or color printer.
