-change remote host settings,reboot and log back onto its OS
-convenient mini toolbar to execute functions such as fitting the remote display to the entire client screen, changing the colour display mode, using the FTP Service to transfer files to and fro, switching remote access mode to view/full control, and to execute remote lock as well as sending Ctrl+Alt+Del to the remote machine
-the FTP option functions the same way as the standard Windows FTP Service
