Partitioned Query for MySQL is a .NET managed component that brings the high performance and scalability of distributed partitioned queries to the MySQL database server. Database partitioning and distributed partitioned queries can bring significant performance and manageability benefits to large data warehousing applications. The Partitioned Query for MySQL component is licensed on a per-developer basis, with a royalty-free runtime for applications developed to run within your company. If you use the component to develop applications that will run outside your company, then a Server Runtime License is required for each web or application server that the application is run on.
