Picture Effector is an ActiveX component that manipulates picture files, allowing you to add a variety of effects as well as draw basic graphic elements on top of an image. Available operations include stretching, rotating, cropping, and saving to an ASP document stream, Jpeg or BMP file. In all, 32 different graphic effects are possible!
Picture Effector can be used with the most popular file formats: JPEG/JFIF, BMP, TIFF, GIF, PNG, PCD, TGA, PCX.
The `Save to ASP document stream` feature makes this component very useful in web application development, enabling you to skip the creation of numerous thumbnails, generating them `on the fly` instead. |
