RC Image Sampler is a utility for resampling images and generating thumbnails from your image folders. The program supports multiple image formats (JPG, BMP, ICO, WMF, EMF, DIB, RLE, PNG, PSP, PSD, PDD, PCC, PCX, PCD, TGA, TIF, PBM, PGM, PPM, BW, RGB, SGI, RPF, RLA, EPS), outputs web friendly JPEG, PNG, BMP images, accepts images from multiple folders, copies output images and thumbnails to a single user selected folder for easy uploading.

Features include built-in image viewer, single image or batch processing, drag & drop, copy & paste, screen capture, wallpaper, save and restore sampling styles and batch process settings, auto-numbering, command line parameters, help file and samples.

Controls: Size, Canvas, Rotation, Filters, Contrast, Brightness, Saturation, Solarize, Posterize, Invert, Emboss, Gray Scale, Color Filters, Sharpen, Soften, Blur, Anti-alias, Edge, and more.

Effects: 3D-Button, Masks, Noise, Spray, Mosaic, Wave, Ripple, Twist.
