TargetProcess:Planning is the web-based project management tool that powers agile development processes, focusing on Project Planning and Tracking practices. TargerProcess:Planning supports all iterative processes, but encourages to use Extreme Programming planning style. TargerProcess:Planning suits best for small to medium size projects and co-located teams. Optimal team size is 2-10 members.
However, it`s also possible to use it for remote teams. For larger teams TargerProcess:Planning will be insufficient, since it does not supports inter-projects relationships for now. On the other hand, large teams and projects requires more `heavy` process, and it hardly be agile by nature. The Primary Goal of TargetProcess system is extremely clear - fast feedback about project state. Main usage areas: Project Planning, Project Tracking, Requirements management. |
