TrayText gives you quick access to your favorite autotext items (stock phrases or `boilerplate` text) from within any application.
You probably have your frequently-used phrases set up in a word-processor. But what about when you are using an e-mail program, a database or a desktop publisher? TrayText is the simple answer. Left-click the TrayText icon in the System Tray, and a menu will appear showing the text items you have stored. Click the item you want and it will be `typed` in for you in the application you are using. Instead of clicking with the mouse, you can use key combinations (e.g. Ctrl-Alt-T) so that your hands never leave the keyboard. Text items can be up to 32k each. TrayText also has a useful Spike feature that lets you collect text from different applications, and then insert all of it into one document or application. |
