WinNc 2000 NL Professionele editie is een bestandsbeheerprogramma voor Windows 95/98/2000 en NT4 (NT5). WinNc kan de Windows Verkenner vervangen. Het werkt zoals een bekend tweepanelig programma onder DOS (NC). Het kan aankoppelen aan netwerkomgevingen. Het kan in compressie files kijken, lezen en schrijven. Het ondersteund pkzip, arj, rar, lha, zoo, cabs, pak en mscompress. Het behandelt zipfiles alsof het directory¿s zijn.
U kunt bestanden van en naar WinNc slepen. WinNc kan met zijn interne viewer JPG, GIF, BMP, TGA, WMF, PCX, MP3, WAV, FLC, DOC, XLS, HTML, MID en AVI afspelen of afbeelden (viewen). De interne hex-viewer zoals in Norton Commander kan ook in alle onbekende bestanden kijken.
Verder bevat WinNc een groot aantal handige onderdelen, die het bestandbeheer makkelijk maken door bestanden op te kunnen splitsen, te versleutelen of bijvoorbeeld te ftp`en. |
