EasyHTML/Help is a development tool that creates Windows HTMLHelp (CHM) files from Microsoft Word documents.
It is designed for authors and programmers who want to make Windows 2000 style Help (compiled HTML) and free standing HTML files from Microsoft Word documents. EasyHTML/Help is an add-in application for Microsoft Word.
EasyHTML/Help can be used for bulk documentation projects. You can produce large user manuals, online Help and complete Web sites from one or more documents.
Features of EasyHTML/Help include: the ability to automatically break up long documents into separate HTML pages, and create hyperlinks between the pages; the ability to insert pictures using the standard features of Microsoft Word and control the underlying HTML attributes with a simple dialog; generation of cascading style sheets; the addition of automatic page-by-page navigation buttons; three levels of configuration options, global, project and individual document level; the ability to convert Help files created by other authoring packages into the new Windows 2000 style HTML; and more. |
