PAD Extractor lets Webmasters extract information from `PAD` (Portable Application Description) files, which are used by software authors to submit program details.

You can define the fields to parse and the output path. The output can be appended to a CSV comma-delimited file, or an HTML file can be generated based on a custom layout. Custom tags are supported.
